Akhil Akkineni, the younger son of King Nagarjuna, who has delivered back to back commercially flop movies, is pinning a lot of hopes on his upcoming project Most Eligible Bachelor, in which he is romancing with dusky Siren Pooja Hegde. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Akhil Akkineni is all set to collaborate with Raj & DK who are working for the web series The Family Man 2 in which Samantha Akkineni is playing the negative role and Manoj Bajpayee is playing the lead role.
Apparently, Samantha Akkineni who worked with Raj and DK for their web-series The Family Man 2 has convinced them to collaborate with Akhil in the coming days.
Raj and DJ are popular for ‘Stree’, ‘A Gentleman’ , ‘Go Goa Gone’, and ‘Happy Ending’. They have also worked on a Telugu movie ‘D for Dopidi’ and later they moved to Bollywood.
The sources say that the upcoming film of Akhil will be bankrolled by Ashwini Dutt and very soon the official announcement will be made regarding this project.
On the other side, Akhil Akkineni is also teaming up with Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Kick and Kick 2 fame Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy for a Telugu film, which will be bankrolled by Anil Sunkara.
