Sumanth who is known for acting in the movies Godavari, Madhumasam, Satyam, Gowri, Golconda High School, and more recently Malli Raava, has been waiting for a good hit from a very long time. His father Surendra Yarlagadda is a retired film producer, noted for several hit films such as Rao Gari Illu, Shiva, Gaayam, Muchattaga Mugguru and Collector Gari Abbayi.
Sumanth also has one sister, Supriya Yarlagadda. Currently Sumanth is working for upcoming crime thriller drama ‘Kapatadhari’, which is slated to hit the theaters on 19th February. Yesterday the makers of ‘Kapatadhari’ released the trailer of the film. Sumanth is playing the role of a cop who is seen solving a mysterious case and he discovers many interesting things in the process.
Sumanth starrer is the Telugu remake of the 2019 Kannada film Kavaludaari. The film also has Nandita Swetha in the female lead role, which is helmed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy and jointly bankrolled by Dr G Dhananjayan and Lalitha Dhananjayan. Nassar is also the part of ‘Kapatadhari’, which is slated to hit the theaters on 19th February.
Sumanth was last seen playing a crucial role in Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer NTR: Mahanayakudu, where he essayed the role of Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
