We are talking about Chinmayi Sripaada, who is popular for dubbing the character of Samantha Akkineni in the movies. It is known news that in past, Chinmayi Sripaada had accused National award winning lyricist Vairamuthu of s*xual harrashment. Not only Chinmayi Sripaada but a lot of other singers and celebrities from the entertainment industry shared their horrifying experience about working with Vairamuthu. Now once again Chinmayi Sripaada has again taken to Twitter and reacted to a deleted scene from Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi starrer action drama Master that is in reference to s*xual harassment.
The makers of Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial venture Master have released a deleted scene from the film. The makers dropped the deleted scene from the film on Amazon Prime India’s YouTube channel, which is going viral. In the scene Vijay is seen talking to the management after Savitha was s*xually harassed by a college student.
Chinmayi Sripaada took to her twitter and said, “I am glad that the director wrote this scene. Someday the survivor will no longer be blamed for the s*xual harassment. Keep speaking up despite Vairamuthus and Radha Ravis and MJ Akbars of the world.”
The movie Master starring Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das, is written and helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and bankrolled by Xavier Britto.
So glad the director wrote this scene.
Someday the survivor will no longer be blamed for sexual harassment.
Until then we wait.
And keep speaking up despite Vairamuthus and Radha Ravis and MJ Akbars of the world. Not to mention everyone else that stands with molesters. https://t.co/uBDbe0opIR— Chinmayi Sripaada (@Chinmayi) February 7, 2021
