We have already reported that the national crush of 2020 and Kannada actress Rashmika Mandanna will be seen alongside Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan aka Big B in filmmaker Vikas Bahl’ directorial venture. Until recently, Rashmika Mandanna and Big B starrer film was titled Deadly, but the latest reports reveal that the film has now been titled Good Boy.
The regular shoot of Good Boy starring Amitabh Bachchan, will be started from 29th March. A special set is being erected in Mumbai for the shoot of the movie. Amitabh Bachchan is playing the role of a retired army officer whereas Rashmika Mandanna will be seen as his daughter.
Good Boy will be Rashmika Mandanna’ second project in Bollywood after Mission Majnu, co-starring Sidharth Malhotra. Bheeshma girl is charging the makers over Rs 5 Cr for this film despite being a newbie in the Hindi film industry.
The film Good Boy is said to be a father-daughter story, and is set in the 1970s. A source close to the makers revealed that the Amitabh Bachchan starrer is a slice-of-life comedy film which Vikas Bahl is directing. The upcoming movie also has Neena Gupta and others in the crucial roles.
On the otherside, Rashmika Mandanna will be seen sharing the screen space with Allu Arjun in actioner drama Pushpa.
