Priya Anand has been roped in an upcoming Tamil film, which is the Tamil remake of hit Bollywood film, Andhadhun, in which she will play the female lead. Prashanth is playing the lead role and he is stepping into Ayushmann Khurrana‘ shoes. Prashanth took to social media to share a picture of himself with Priya Anand from the sets of their movie which is titled Andhagan. The movie was officially launched on 10th March in Chennai, with a formal pooja ceremony.
According to the latest report, Priya Anand is doing the female lead in Andhagan which was originally done by Radhika Apte. The upcoming film is being directed and backed by Prashanth’s father and senior filmmaker Thiagarajan who is known for helming Shock, Ponnar Shankar, Aanazhagan, and Mambattiyan. Yogi Babu is also the part of this drama and he will be seen playing an auto driver.
The Hindi movie Andhadhun has a few passionate liplock between Ayushmann Khurrana and Kabali fame Radhika Apte. Most young actresses in film industry are not shying away for acting in intimate and kissing scenes. And now we have to wait and see whether Priya Anand will be ready for the intimate scenes and kisses in Andhagan. Andhadhun is a thriller drama and Bollywood hero Ayushmann Khuranna garnered his first National Film Award for Best Actor for this movie.
