Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa, is being helmed by Sukumar and yesterday the makers lunched the teaser of this much hyped action drama. At the end of Pushpa’ teaser that was launched yesterday evening, Allu Arjun’ name first appeared with the Stylish Star prefix but quickly changed into Icon Star. Well, whether this new prefix icon star well continue forever or if it’s a one time stint remains to be seen.
The 80 second teaser of Pushpa gives a peek into the film’s lush forest setting which becomes the base for action sequences involving Stylish Star Allu Arjun. The teaser also gave a glimpse of Rashmika Mandanna but the teasers replaced Allu Arjun’ ‘Stylish Star’ tag with ‘Icon Star’.
During the teaser launch event, Sukumar said, “I don’t know how and when Allu Arjun was first given the title Stylish Star. But after seeing his performance in this actioner Pushpa, I felt that there’s no connection between the Stylish Star title and his performance skills.”
The film maker Sukumar added, “From now on, Allu Arjun is not a Stylish Star, but he is an Icon Star. After the release of Pushpa, the people must either call him an Icon Star or Pushpa.”
