It is known news that Tamil actor Siddharth is making his come back in Tollywood with an upcoming film Maha Samudram under the direction of Ajay Bhupathi, after a long gap. Now according to the latest update, according to Siddharth, he and his family have been receiving ‘abuse, death and rape threats’ after his number was leaked. Maha Samduram fame actor has alleged that BJP- Bharatiya Janatha Party Tamil Nadu IT cell leaked his number.
It is known news that earlier Siddharth had slammed the ruling BJP government for the management of the second wave of the Coronavirus pandemic.
Siddharth took to his Twitter and said, “All the numbers linked to the BJP have been recorded and handed over to the Greater Chennai Police.” The actor tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah in the tweet, and added, “I will not shut up. Keep trying.”
On the otherside, Tamil Nadu Bharitya Janatha Party has denied Siddharth’ allegations that the BJP leaked his number, following which the party sympathisers made the rape and death threats against him and his family members. He claimed that he had received over 500 calls in one day.
Maha Samudram actor Siddharth has been vocal in expressing his dissent against the ruling BJP government.
