Bangarraju, a sequel to 2016 blockbuster Soggade Chinni Nayana, is an upcoming Telugu project in which King Nagarjuna will play the lead role. Earlier there was a strong buzz in the film industry that the movie will go on the floor in the month of June.
Once again Kalyan Krishna Kurasala is on the board to helm this drama. While Officer actor Nagarjuna reprises the titular role from the prequel, Baahubali fame Ramya Krishnan will be seen as Bangarraju’ wife Satyabhama.
Meanwhile, Nagarjuna is now prepping up to start the shoot of Bangarraju. During the media interaction Wild Dog fame Nagarjuna said that he would be working on Bangrraju next and confirmed that the film will go on the floors once the effect of Covid second wave descends.
Wild Dog actor also added that he is currently holding online discussions with director Kalyana Krishna Kurasala and is making final changes to the script of Bangarraju. This movie is on cards for a long time now but did not go on the floor due to various reasons. But now it looks like that the movie is all set to go on the floors now.
On the otherside, Nagarjuna will be next seen playing the lead role in an untitled action drama under the direction of Praveen Sattaru.
