It is known that after Tovino Thomas’s Minnal Murali, another pan-India superhero film titled Hanu-Man is being made by Telugu director Prasanth Varma. The upcoming drama has Teja Sajja in the lead role. The movie has been shot in Hyderabad and will release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. Today morning the makers of Hanu-Man took to twitter to share a small video clip and revealed that the movie has completed 100 days shoot. According to the makers, the shoot of Hanu-Man is almost done and nearing to it’s wrap up!
Helmed by Parsanth Varma of Kalki fame and produced by K Niranjan Reddy under the banner of Primeshow Entertainment, the film is expected to hit theatres soon. Touted to be the first pan-India superhero drama, this is Prasanth Varma’s 2nd collaboration with Teja Sajja after the blockbuster movie Zombie Reddy. The beautiful actress Amritha Aiyer is on the board to play the female lead.
Shivendra handles the cinematography and Srikanth Patnaik R is the editor. The shooting of Hanu- Man, which also has Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in the important role, is slated to hit the theaters this year. The sources say that the Telugu satellite, digital rights, and Hindi rights of Hanu-Man fetched a good amount to the makers.
