Stand Up Rahul Movie Review: The young actor Raj Tarun and  Varsha Bollamma starrer Stand Up Rahul, helmed by Santo was released on 18th March. Let’s see the story of Stand Up Rahul.

Story: Rahul(Raj Tharun)  who works in a software company in Hyderabad,  has a passion for standup comedy. He lives with his single mother (Indraja) after his father (Murali Sharma) leaves them. That is the reason, he does not believe in marriage. Rahul loves Shreya(Varsha Bollama) and they begin a live-in relationship.  How does Shreya makes Rahul ready for marriage, form rest of the story.

Performance:  Raj Tarun delivers his fantastic performance. He as an urban youth, performs in a very good manner.  He looks good on the screen. Varsha Bollama does really well as an actress and is extremely confident. She gets a meaty role and her chemistry with Raj Tarun is showcased in a decent manner.  Indraja does justice with her role. Murali Sharma is ok. Rest of the cast perform accordingly.

Technical: The Storyline of Stand Up Rahul is simple but impressive. Screenplay of the film is decent. Music by Sweekar Agasthi is good. The background score compliments it well. The editing is smooth. The dialogues are adequate. The production values are good. Cinematography Work is fantastic as Sreeraj Raveendran captured the entire film in a beautiful way.  Coming on the work of director Santo, he struggles to execute the film in a gripping manner.

Analysis: Overall Stand Up Rahul is an average romantic family drama.
