Earlier it was heard that the makers are planning to rope milky beauty Tamannah Bhatia to reprise the role of Jayaprada but finally Hansika Motwani is on the board.
The heroines are adding additional glamour to this film and now it has been confirmed that the Hansika Motwani is going to add additional glamour to NTR biopic, by acting in the role of Jayaprada.
Recently the makers have also roped ‘RX 100’ fame Payal Rajput to play the role of Jayasudha in this upcoming movie, in which Balakrishna is playing the role of his father, legendary actor and late Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh. It is known news that Rakul Preet is playing the role of Sridevi and Nithya Menon is essaying Savitri whereas Vidya Balan is playing NTR’s wife Basavatarakam.
Baahubali fame Rana Daggubati is playing current Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu whereas Sumanth is playing ANR in NTR biopic, which is jointly produced by Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri.
Last year Hansika Motwani was seen in two Telugu movies- Luckunnodu and Goutham Nanda. In Luckunnodu, she shared the screen space with Manchu Vishnu whereas in Goutham Nanda, Hansika was seen sharing the screen space with Gopichand.
NTR biopic is being directed by National award winning director Krish and is being made in two parts- NTR Kathanayakudu and NTR Mahanayakudu.
NTR Kathanayakudu will hit the theaters in the month of January 2019 on the occasion of Sankranthi.
On the work side, currently Hansika Motwani is busy in her upcoming Tamil movies- Thuppakki Munai and 100.
