Naga Chaitanya is one who has broken the record of Mythri Movie Makers. After delivering the family and romantic entertainer Shailaja Reddy Alludu, Naga Chaitanya came up with Chandoo Mondeti’s directorial venture Savyasachi, which received mixed response on its opening day and now it is turning out commercially flop at the box office. After delivering back to back blockbuster movies (Srimanthudu, Janatha Garage and Rangasthalam), the production house Mythri Movie Makers, has now tasted a debacle with Naga Chaitanya starrer Savyasachi. Now the actor is facing Shame.
Mythri Movie Makers Pvt. Ltd is a reputed and well known production house. It is established by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar and Mohan Cherukuri (CVM). The company’s first production was Srimanthudu in which Superstar Mahesh Babu, Shruthi Haasan played the lead roles and the movie was directed by Koratala Siva, Srimanthudu was blockbuster at the box office. Their second production was Janatha Garage starring Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal, Young Tiger Jr NTR, Samantha Akkineni and Nithya Menon. It was also directed by Koratala Siva, and was hit at the box office. This year, Mythri Movie Makers came up with village based drama Rangasthalam starring Ram Charan, Samantha Akkineni, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Jagapathi Babu, directed by Sukumar. All the three movies – Srimanthudu, Janatha Garage and Rangasthalam were blockbuster but the recent offering of Mythri Movie Makers- Savyasachi, which was arrived at the theaters on 2nd November, is turning out flop. The trade analysts are predicting that Naga Chaitanya, Nidhhi Agerwal and R Madhavan starrer Savyasachi is going to be a loss venture for buyers in all areas.
Mythri Movie Makers are now pinning lot of hopes on Ravi Teja and Ileana D Cruz starrer Amar Akbar Anthony, which is directed by Srinu Vaitala. The movie is arraying at the theaters on 16th November.
On the otherside, Naga Chaitanya is currently busy in his next upcoming film Majili, in which Samantha Akkineni is playing the female lead.
