Rajamouli’s historic and war drama ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ and ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ have already created lot of buzz in Indian film Industry. It is known news that Netflix is all set to make another Indian series on Baahubali, an adaption of The Rise of Sivagami, a prequel novel to 2015 film. Baahubali: Before the Beginning will have two seasons. The makers are silent and not ready to reveal anything about Baahubali : Before the Beginning but Rahul Bose has leaked the secret.
The two season series Baahubali: Before the Beginning will be a prequel to Baahubali: the Beginning and Baahubali: the Conclusion. Netflix has partnered with Arka Media Works and SS Rajamouli. Deva Katta and Praveen Sataru are on the board to direct the series. This prequel series (Baahubali: Before The Beginning) captures Queen Sivagami’s journey from a rebellious and vengeful girl to a wise and unequalled queen.
Rahul Bose, who is also the part of Baahubali : Before The Beginning revealed the he is going to join the sets in December.
At the inauguration of an art show called ‘Breaking Barrier’ Rahul Bose interacted with media and also opened up about his role and said, “I have a big role in it. We will start the shoot from December. My character has a bearded look, and I don’t want to sport a fake beard for the next 6 months.”
Apart from Rahul Bose, Baahubali : Before The Beginning has other stars like Mrunal Thakur, Shriya Saran and Atul Kulkarni.
The first season of Baahubali : Before the Beginning consists of 9 episodes. Rahul Bose is playing Shandadasa whereas Mrunal Thakur will be seen essaying the role of Sivagami. Atul Kulkarni as Pattaraya, Smaran Sahu as Bijjaladeva, Sahib Verma as Sivappa, Sunil Palwal as Kattappa, Siddharth Arora as Mahadeva.
