Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya welcomed a new member in their family. This year in the month of October, the Akkineni couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary. And recently she made happy to their fans by sharing a good news. According to the latest update, a new family member has been added in their family and it is none other than a cute little puppy. Samantha and Naga Chaitanya have now become parents but to an adorable little puppy. Samantha shared a pic of herself and her hubby Naga Chaitanya with puppy on social media sites.
Samantha Akkineni is an active user of social media sites and she used to share some personal pics on her microblogging page to delight her fans. In Kollywood, Samantha Akkineni was last seen in Seema Raja opposite Sivakarthikeyan. In Tollywood, she was seen in women centric movie U Turn, directed by Pawan Kumar. It was a murder mystery drama and remake of Kannnada movie in which Shraddha Srinath played the lead roles. U Turn was just average at the box office but Samantha received lot of applause for her performance.
On the work-side, now once again, both Samantha and Akkineni Naga Chaitanya are making their comeback together with an upcoming movie, which has been tentatively titled as Majili. The film is being directed by ‘Ninnu Kori’ fame Shiva Nirvana. Recently during the media interaction Naga Chaitanya opened up about Majili and said, “In this movie, Samantha is playing my wife. We quarrel a lot as part of the script. In real life, We aren’t like that..so, we have to really act for getting the right output. Rest of the part is similar to what we were in the real life’.”
Apart from Majili, Samantha will also be seen in Telugu movie, the remake of Korean film Miss Granny, which will be helmed by Nandini Reddy and Samantha will be seen playing dual role.
