Venkatesh Daggubati and Varun Tej are working together for an upcoming movie F2 (Fun & Frustration), which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Raja the Great fame Anil Ravipudi. According to the latest update, both Venkatesh and Varun Tej will be seen playing railway coolies. This news is confirmed by the director Anil Ravipudi himself as he shared a pic on his Twitter and captioned it, “#V2 (Venkatesh Garu & Varun Tej) #F2(fun & Frustration).”
Baahubali fame Tamannaah Bhatia and Mehreen Kaur Pirzada are on the board to play the female lead roles. Made under the banners of Sri Venkateswara, the movie is produced by Dil Raju. Ace music director Devi Sri Prasad has also been roped in to compose the music.
Recently during the media interaction, Dil Raju said, “Venkatesh and Varun Tej starrer F2 is a complete entertainer and a typical commercial film. We are planning to release this film during Sankranti.”
After the success of Tholi Prema, actor Varun Tej is on a career high and is signing multiple films. Currently he is waiting for the release of his next upcoming science fiction space thriller Antariksham 9000 KMPH, which is directed by Sankalp Reddy. Two actresses Aditi Rao Hydari and Lavyanya Tripathi are playing the female leads and the film is scheduled to hit the theaters on 21st December 2018.
This is the third time when Varun Tej teamed up with producer Dil Raju after Fidaa, and Tholi Prema. Both the movies were decent hit at the box office.
Venkatesh’s last release, Guru, the remake of the Tamil blockbuster Irudhi Suttru, directed by Sudha Kongara, was a big hit. Apart from F2, Venkatesh has other movies like – Aate Naade Veta Naade and Vikram Vedha remake . He has also signed a movie with Trivikram Srinvas.
