Sai Pallavi turns Naxalite?

Fidda fame Sai Pallavi is on the board to play the female lead in a film, which will be directed by Venu Udugala of ‘Needi Nadi Oke Katha’ fame.  It is touted to be a love story set in the 1990s. Baahubali and Ghazi fame Rana Daggubati will play the lead role. According to the lattes buzz in the film Industry, Sai Pallavi will be seen playing a Naxalite in the film whereas Rana Daggubati will be seen as a cop.

The pre-production work has been already started and the movie will go on the floor very soon. The upcoming film is a love story which will be told through Sai Pallavi’s character.

Sai Pallavi hogged the limelight with her debut in Mollywood with Premam in 2015. Before that, the actress was seen as a child artiste in Kasturi Mann and in an uncredited role in Dhaam Dhoom. Sekhar Kammula brought Sai Pallavi in Tollywood and she played the female lead in Varun Tej starrer romantic entertainer Fidaa, which was hit in Telugu film Industry and later the actress shared the screen space with Natural Star Nani in MCA (Middle Class Abbayi). Sai Pallavi was last seen in woman centric movie Diya/Kanam and currently she is waiting for the release of Padi Padi Leche Manasu in which Sharwanand is playing the lead role. It is directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and is produced by Prasad Chukkapalli and Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas.

 Venu Udugala is known for using the new technology known as the Dogme 95 style of filmmaking in his first film. On the other side, Rana Daggubati will be next seen in NTR biopic where he is playing Chandrababu Naidu and will also be seen in Hindi movie Housefull 4 and trilingual dram Haathi Mere Saathi.
