After a long gap of 17 years, Nagarjuna Akkineni, is making his comeback in Bollywood with a fantasy drama Brahmastra. Recently during the media interaction, Nagarjuna says he doesn’t know what role did working in Hindi Film Industry play in his over three-decade long career.
Officer actor Nagarjuna said, “I don’t know what role Bollywood played in my career in the film industry. I have never looked at it that way. I have never looked at it as a career in Hindi film Industry. I never dreamed of a career in Hindi film Industry. But now I am ready to sign more projects in Bollywood if exciting scripts come my way.
Nagarjuna who was last seen playing the role of NIA officer in Wild dog said, “ The People from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Mumbai, Karnataka and North watch my films and it means, it will bring in additional revenue for my producers.” Nag added, “But, I have never looked at the craving of acceptance in Bollywood.”
Nagarjuna made his debut in Hindi film Industry with the movie Shiva which was released in 1990 and later he acted in few Hindi movies such as Khuda Gawah, Drohi, Criminal and Zakhm.
On the work front, currently Nagarjuna is working for his next project under the direction of Praveen Sattaru which has Kajal Aggarwal as the leading lady.
