Gabbar Singh Maker starts his new innings

Gabbar Singh Maker- we are talking about Harish Shankar. He is going to start his new innings. The director is going to turn producer very soon.  According to the latest buzz, Harish Shankar along with PRO-turned-Producer Mahesh S Koneru have decided to float a production house to bankroll concept based movies.

Harish Shankar is a screenwriter, dialogue writer, actor and director known for his works exclusively in Telugu film Industry. He made his directorial debut with Shock in 2006, which was produced by controversial film maker Ram Gopal Varma. Harish Shankar has directed successful movies like   Mirapakay in 2011 and Gabbar Singh in 2012, for which he received the SIIMA Award for Best Director, and CineMAA Award for Best Director. His last directorial venture was Sarrainodu in which Stylish Star Allu Arjun played the lead role. It was released in 2017. After Sarrainodu, Harish Shankar took a shot break and currently, he is busy in his upcoming movie Valmiki, which was launched recently with formal pooja ceremony.

Harish Shankar and  Mahesh S Koneru are planning to produce medium budget movies. The official announcement is expected to come out very soon. Harish Shankar will produce the movies  on this banner and he will also keep himself busy as a producer along with helming the movies.

 On the other-side, currently Mahesh Koneru is bankrolling Kalyan Ram starrer ‘118’ under the banner of East Coast Productions. The sources say that  Harish Shankar will take care of Subjects, and finalize  the Team, whereas Mahesh Koneru will handle the production work and promotions.
