Maharshi is Mahesh Babu’s 25th film and it is one of the most awaited movie of the year. Earlier there was buzz that the film was to release on the occasion of Ugadi on 5th April this year. But later Dil Raju revealed that his production venture will be arrived at the theaters on 25th April. Now, according to the industry sources, it is yet again postponed and is scheduled to release in June.
Apparently, even though a major part of the shoot has been wrapped up, the team is not willing to release Mahesh Babu starrer in the month of April.
The sources say that currently the movie is progressing at the brisk pace and the makers are planning to wrap the entire shoot as soon as possible. As the post production work of Maharshi will also take some time, the makers are planning to push ‘Maharshi’ release to June. An announcement of the same will be made soon.
It is heard that, the makers of ‘Maharshi’ are reportedly planning to release the official trailer of the movie on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri. The trailer of ‘Maharshi’ will released on 4th March. However, an official confirmation on the trailer’s release date is still awaited.
Maharshi is said to be an action-packed entertainer, directed by Vamsi Paidipally, in which Pooja Hegde will be seen playing the love interest of Mahesh Babu. Apart from the lead pair, the film has other stars like Sonal Chauhan, Sai Kumar, Prakash Raj, Posani Krishna Murali,Jayasudha, Allari Naresh, Jagapathi Babu, and others in supporting roles. Sensational music composer Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music and KU Mohanan is handling the camera.
