After the debacle of NTR Kathanayakudu, currently all eyes are on NTR Mahanayakudu. By releasing the poster, the makers have also confirmed the release date of the film 22nd February.
The first part of the film, NTR Kathanayakudu, released back in January 2019 and the second part, NTR Mahanayakudu was supposed to release soon after but it got postponed. NTR Kathanayakudu got a very lukewarm response at the box office and finally turned out disaster at the box office. It didn’t meet expectations with the audience.
Nandamuri Balakrishna is playing the role of his father and late Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh – Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao. Rana Daggubati is essaying the role of Chandrababu Naidu, who is not just a politician but also NTR’s son-in-law. Since the second part of the biopic focuses more on NTR’s political career, Rana Daagubati will have a better screen time than he did in the previous film.
Yesterday Rana Daggubati has also confirmed the release date 22nd February for NTR Mahanayakudu. He wrote on his Twitter, “Releasing Feb22nd #NTRMahanayakudu.” NTR Mahanayakudu is helmed by Krish and jointly produced by Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati, Vishnu Induri under NBK Films, Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram.
