‘Maharshi’ starring South superstar Mahesh Babu and actress Pooja Hegde in the lead roles is one of the much-anticipated films of the year, which is scheduled to hit the theaters on 9th May 2019. The teaser and the singles from Maharshi had received a massive response and now the makers of the Maharshi have released the fifth song ‘Paala Pitta’ from the upcoming movie. The song ‘Paala Pitta’ is already viral on social media. The folk song is composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Paala Pitta’ is crooned by Rahul Sipligunj & MM Manasi and the lyrics are penned by Shree Mani.
It looks like the folk number ‘Paala Pitta’ has been shot in the backdrop of a marriage function or festival. Both the lead pair Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde are dressed in colourful outfits. ‘Paala Pitta’ has a very massy, rural and rustic vibe to it.
Maharshi is Mahesh Babu’ 25th project and the movie has been a talked-about one since it was launched. The sources say that Maharshi is inspired by the life of Satya Narayan Nadella. Allari Naresh will be seen playing crucial role.
The entire shoot of Maharshi has been wrapped up on 17th April. Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde starrer has been shot in Goa and Dehradun as well. It is directed by Vamsi Paidipally and is jointly bankrolled by Dil Raju, C. Ashwini Dutt and Prasad V. Potluri, under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies and PVP Cinema.
