Anushka Shetty, who ihas delivered number of blockbuster movies like Arundhati, Rudhramadevi and Bhaagamathie, has recently signed another upcoming female centric movie Silence. The regular shoot of horror thriller, Silence (Nishabdham in Telugu), has been started from yesterday in Seattle, USA. Now the role of Anushka Shetty in Silence has been revealed. Anushka Shetty will be seen playing the role of Art lover in this film. Kollywood actor R Madhavan is on the board to play the lead role and the sources say that he will be seen playing cello player.
The film will not have romantic track between Anushka Shetty and R Madhavan. Anushka Shetty has underwent an impressive image makeover and she will be the major surprise in this upcoming drama Silence, which is being directed by Hemanth Madhukar. The film is jointly bankrolled by Kona Venkat and TG Vishwaprasad. Vivek Kuchibhotla is the co-producer. Earlier it was heard that Baahubali star Rana Daggubati will play the role of cameo but there is no update regarding the inclusion of Rana in Silence.
Silence will witness a multi-lingual release and might have actors from the Tamil, Telugu and Hindi film industry acting in it. Hollywood actor Michael Madsen of Kill Bill fame has roped in as the villain.
