Mahesh Babu starrer upcoming much awaited movie Maharshi has completed the censor formalities and received U/A certificate from the regional censor board officials. Interestingly, no single cut was suggested by the censor board. The production house Sri Venkateswara Creations has confirmed this news by sharing a poster on his Twitter and wrote, “It’s U/A with no cuts. Join the journey of Rishi from May 9th. @urstrulyMahesh @directorvamshi @hegdepooja @allarinaresh @ThisisDSP @KUMohanan1 @Cinemainmygenes @ShreeLyricist #SSMB25 #Maharshi.”
Pooja Hegde is playing the love interest of Mahesh Babu in Maharshi. Allari Naresh will be seen playing the role of Mahesh Babu’ friend in this film, which is helmed by Vamsi Paidipally. This is the first time, Mahesh Babu and Vamsi Paidipally are working together for a movie.
Maharshi is jointly bankrolled by Dil Raju, C. Ashwini Dutt, Prasad V. Potluri under Sri Venkateswara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies, PVP Cinema banners and directed by Vamsi Paidipally. It has the music by Devi Sri Prasad. Maharshi is Mahesh Babu’ 25th film in his career.
During the pre release event of Maharshi, Mahesh Babu thanked to Vamsi Paidipally for waiting three years to make their forthcoming Telugu action drama Maharshi, which is gearing up for grand release on 9th May. Mahesh also extended his gratitude to Koratala Siva for giving life to his career twice through Srimanthudu and Bharat Ane Nenu.
Now everyone is eagerly waiting for the release of Maharshi.
