It is known news that Stylish Star Allu Arjun has joined hands with Rangasthalam fame director Sukumar for an upcoming untitled project. According to the latest update, the upcoming project of Allu Arjun and Sukumar has got launch date.
The upcoming drama is Allu Arjun’ 20th film. The sources revealed that Sukumar and Allu Arjun film is going to be launched on 11th May with a formal Puja ceremony.
Sukumar incidentally happened to be the director who wielded the megaphone for the movies Arya, starring Allu Arjun and Anuradha Mehta in the lead roles. The 2004 release film had propelled Allu Arjun into stardom overnight. The fans of actor and director are hoping that Allu Arjun’ twentieth film will recreate the same magic.
Apart from Arya, Allu Arjun and Sukumar duo also worked for Arya 2, which was released in 2009 and in which Kajal Aggarwal played the female lead role.
The upcoming untitled film on Bunny and Sukumar will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
Sukumar was supposed to do this movie with Mahesh Babu, but due to the creative differences the film was shelved. Later Sukumar contacted Allu Arjun and convinced him. Finally he gave his nod. The Arya duo are teaming up for the third time. The complete details regarding the cast and crew will be made very soon.
The regular shoot of the film will commence once Allu Arjun wraps up the shoot of Trivikram Srinivas’ project.
