Maharshi beats Baahubali 1 in Nizamabad

Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi, is running successfully at the box office. According to the latest update, Maharshi has crushed the collections record of SS Rajamouli’ historic and war drama Baahubali 1 (Baahubali: The Beginning) in Nizamabad and now we have to wait and see whether Maharshi will become successful to beat Baahubali 2: The Conclusion in Nizamabad or not.

In Nizamabad, Mahesh Babu’ 25th film Maharshi collected a total gross of Rs 1.13 crore until now and has beaten Baahubali 1 which has minted Rs 1.12 Cr. It is expected in coming days, Maharshi will crush the record of Baahubali 2 which had earned Rs 1.67 crore full-run gross in Nizamabad.

Maharshi, directed by Vamshi Paidipally has turned this summer season a fruitful one for Tollywood. The movie has already earned Rs 175 Cr gross at the Worldwide box office and there is no stopping Maharshi even in the third week of release.

According to the latest reports, the film has collected a share of above Rs 3.48 crore from Tamilnadu and thus making it the 2nd best top-grossing movie. Going by the trend in the collections, it seems Maharshi continues to be the most-preferred movie of the movie lovers. On the other side, Mahesh Babu is getting ready to join the sets of Anil Ravipudi’ directorial venture.
