Yesterday the team of Maharshi organized the pre release event. On this occasion, Mahesh Babu made sensational comments on Sukumar without taking his name that raised eyebrows. Yesterday, Mahesh Babu mentioned about directors like K Raghavendra Rao, Krishna Vamsi, Sreenu Vaitla, Gunasekhar, Puri Jagannadh and Koratala Siva, but he did not mention the name of Sukumar in the list of directors who changed his career forever.
Apparently, Mahesh Babu praised Maharshi director Vamsi Paidipally, who waited for him nearly one year for his dates. Spyder star said, “If there is any slight delay of few months, these days the directors are running away to other actors. But Vamsi Paidipally is one, who waited for me for more than 1 year.” Without taking the name of Sukumar, Mahesh Babu made comments on him.
Everyone is aware of that when Mahesh Babu asked Sukumar to wait for few months as he wanted to wrap up the shoot of Anil Ravipudi’ film first, Sukumar contacted Stylish Star Allu Arjun and made official announcement regarding his project.
Earlier Sukumar has worked with Mahesh Babu for 1-Nenokkadine. But instead of waiting for few months, Sukumar decided to work with Allu Arjun. While Mahesh Babu has the intention of throwing satire on Sukumar or not, but his comments have raised eyebrows.
Mahesh Babu, Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh starrer Maharshi is directed by Vamsi Paidipally and is bankrolled by Dil Raju, C. Ashwini Dutt and Prasad V. Potluri, under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies and PVP Cinema. Maharshi is scheduled to hit the theaters on 9th May.
