The six feet two inches tall actor Prabhas lost 8 kg weight for his upcoming movie Saaho, which is arriving at the theaters on 15th August 2019, on the occasion of Independence day. The sources close to the film unit revealed that Prabah needed to have the camera ready body for the high-octane fighting scenes in Saaho. So the makers of Saaho asked him to reduce the weight. With minimal carbohydrates, Prabhas was successful in losing 8 kg of weight in a short time period.
On the other-side, it is known news that earlier SS Rajamouli asked Prabhas to gain the weight and the actor gained a whopping 20 kilos for his part as Amarendra Baahubali. His typical diet consisted of fish, egg whites, vegetables and almonds. The total calorie intake of Darling Prabhas while shooting for Baahubali was between 2000 to 4000 calories a day. But for Saaho, Prabhas had to lose 8 kg of weight to look leaner for his role.
Prabhas is a nature enthusiast and he has an interesting gym set-up in his garden, as he loves being around natural environment surrounded by the greenery. Mirchi star Prabhas has mixed his love for nature and fitness and has been practicing outdoor fitness for quite some time now. Baahubali star Prabhas believes that working out in open spaces lets you breathe fresh air, which is so much better than inhaling the air of the air-conditioned gym. For Baahubali, he His typical diet consisted of fish, egg whites, the vegetables and almonds. Prabhas used to take a meal every two hours, and had a total of six meals every day. His diet does not include rice. But for Saaho, Prabhas had to stay on fruits, vegetables and no carbohydrate diet.
Directed by Sujeeth, and bankrolled by UV Creations, Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer is one of the most awaited movie of this year. Prabhas has done very hard work for getting the camera ready body for Saaho.
