Venkatesh Daggubati and Akkineni Naga Chaitanya starrer Venky Mama is progressing at the brisk pace in the direction of KS Ravindra alias Bobby. Now according to the latest update, the makers have roped Former Mr India World Prateek Jain in this upcoming multistarrer. Prateek Jain is the latest addition of Venky Mama starring Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya.
Prateek Jain who won the coveted title in 2014, has since then been active in the modeling circuit. Impressed by his looks and body language, Bobby has roped him in to play a crucial role in his upcoming directorial venture Venky Mama. The mixed martial arts fighter Prateek Jain from Bengaluru will be seen sharing the screen with Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya in the forthcoming film which has Raashi Khanna and Payal Rajput in the female leads.
Venky Mama marks Prateek Jain’s debut in Telugu film Industry. Apparently, he started the shoot of his part in Kashmir a few ago. Although his role in the film has not been disclosed yet, rumors are rife that he is on the board to play a badass. His performance is expected to accentuate the impact of the scenes.
The shooting for the much talked film Venky Mama went on floors earlier this year on the banks of river Godavari. Now, the team is currently in Sonamarg, Jammu and Kashmir for the shooting.
