Sai Pallavi, who is popular for her natural performance, is now a hot property of South film industry. She got in notice after the success of Nivin Pauly starrer romantic entertainer Premam. However, Sai Pallavi is not happy with the Malayali tag and is reportedly deeply upset with the media and people calling her a ‘mallu girl’ or a ‘Malayali heroine’. Sai Pallavi wants to be identified as a Tamil girl, as her native place is Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu and doesn’t want to be called a ‘mallu.’ Recently Sai Pallavi attended an interview and talked about her acne, de glam look and real beauty in movies.
As a part of promotional activities of Selvaraghavan‘s upcoming flick NGK, she opened up about her battle with acne. She said. “When the people accepted me for who I was, a girl with acne (rosacea), I learnt that confidence was real beauty.”
Sai Pallavi is playing the role of Suriya‘ wife in her upcoming flick NGK. Her role is very important in the movie. Bankrolled by Dream Warrior Pictures, NGK is slated to hit the theaters on 31st May, 2019.
Earlier there were rumors that Sai Pallavi was in a relationship with a married Tamil actor. But she didn’t take this news seriously.
