Samantha Akkineni who has delivered back to back hit movies in Telugu and Tamil film Industries, is currently waiting for the release of her next upcoming woman centric movie O Baby, the remake of Korean movie Miss Granny, which is directed by Nandini Reddy. Entire shoot of the film has been already wrapped up and the Samantha Akkineni has also completed the dubbing work. Currently Oh Baby is in post-production stage. This time Samantha has decided to go against the trend as her movie will be arrived during the world cup.
Recently during the media interaction, the producer of O Baby, Suresh Babu talked about the release date of Samantha starrer and revealed , “We’ve wrapped up all formalities for O Baby, so I’m planning to release it mostly during the imminent World Cup tournament. If the content is good, then the audience will inevitably show up to watch the film.”
This time both Samantha and Suresh Babu are getting ready to go against the trend. While many filmmakers are rescheduling to release their films after the World Cup, Suresh Babu has decided to release the movie during World cup.
Apart from Samantha Akkineni, O Baby also has Naga Shaurya, Lakshmi, Rao Ramesh and Snigdha in supporting roles, which is bankrolled by People’s Media Factory, Suresh Productions and Guru Films.
