Yesterday Akshay Kumar took to his Twitter account and expressed his disappointment about the “needless controversy” surrounding his citizenship, nationality and his Canadian passport. On the other-side, actor Siddharth has taken a dig at Akshay Kumar over his “non-political” interview with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
After getting trolled for not casting his vote in Mumbai, Akshay Kumar issued a statement over his citizenship. He accepted that he is a Canadian citizen. Before that Akshay Kumar was in the news headlines for his “candid and completely non-political” conversation with India’ Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Siddharth has taken a sly dig at Akshay Kumar and tagged President Of the United States of America, Donald Trump and requested him to give him a chance to conduct a similar apolitical interview. Siddharth wrote on the wall of his Twitter, “Hey @realDonaldTrump since you’re getting ready to be re-elected soon, might I suggest an interview with me during your elections? I have crucial questions about how you eat fruit, your sleep and work habits and also your cute personality. I have an Indian passport. DM me please.”
