Now Rakul Preet Singh is also planning to test her luck in Digital space. It is known news that after delivering romantic and family entertainer drama Manmadhudu 2, Rakul Preet Singh is struggling to get the offers from Telugu Film Industry. Recently during the media interaction, Rakul Preet Singh revealed that she is all set to join digital bandwagon.
Dhruva actress Rakul Preet Singh added that she has been getting a lot of offers for web series. According to her, she will sign the web series only when she gets something completely path-breaking.
Rakul Preet Singh further added, “I feel web series is something that I will not get to do in movies. I love the big screen, but digital is a new space that gives the space to perform and expand.”
Rakul Preet stated that web series are benefiting the film industry because no one can show each and every story as a film. So, having a platform like this will bring out more talented people into the limelight and will give work to so many people.” She added, “When web series which are available for free are giving so much entertainment then and how much entertainment should a regular film give?”
Rakul Preet Singh started career as a model and made her acting debut in the Kannada film Gilli in 2009. She made her debut in Tollywood with the film Keratam, which was released in 2011. Till date, she has shared the screen space with number of top stars of South Indian film industry such as Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Allu Arjun and others.
On the work front, Rakul Preet Singh will be seen in Shankar’ directorial venture Indian 2, in which versatile actor Kamal Haasan is playing the lead role.
