Hidden talent! Director Sailesh Kolanu imitates NTR

Director Sailesh Kolanu of Hit fame took to his microblogging page to share a video clip, where he is seen uttering  the dialogues from  NT Rama Rao (NTR)  starrer ‘Daana Veera Soora Karna’ . By sharing this video, Sailesh Kolanu said that he practiced a lot of monologues by Nnandamuri Taraka Rama Rao garu to keep his Telugu polished while living abroad. Daana Veera Soora Karna is his favorite movie.

Recently during an interview, Sailesh Kolanu also showered praises on Jr NTR for his  performance in ‘Aravinda Samatha Veera Raghava’. The director Sailesh Kolanu said, “The scene in the movie where Jr NTR warns the other person on the phone that he is my favorite. It would be my first priority to work among all the actors.”

I practiced a lot of monologues by NTR garu to keep my Telugu polished while living abroad. Daana Veera Soora Karna is one of my favourite movies. This monologue questions the whole logic behind seeing Suyodhana as a baddie. From his point of view, the gamble was fair. I was so taken aback when I read and understood the meaning of this monologue.
