Murali Sharma’ mother, Padma Sharma, has passed away following cardiac arrest. She was 76. She breathed her last on Sunday at her Mumbai residence. The whole Sharma family was left in tears due to her sudden demise. Many celebrities from Telugu film industry expressed their condolences to the actor and his family.

Murali Sharma is married to actor Ashwini Kalsekar, who is known for her roles in Jodha Akbar and Badlapur. Murali Sharma is well known face for the Telugu people. He became a regular artist in Telugu Film Industry from the past few years. He has played variety of the roles in his filmy career that include father, father-in-law, villain, comedy villain and many others. He has also acted in several TV serials. Murali Sharma did a good role in Shahrukh Khan starrer ‘Main Hoon Na’ and a few other Hindi films before making his debut in Telugu Film Industry with ‘Athidi’ which was released in 2007.

Murali Sharma’ popular Hindi movies are Main Hoon Na, Dhamaal, Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na, Golmaal Returns, Badlapur and most recently Street Dancer 3D.

Murali Sharma was also seen playing the important role in Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde starrer ‘Ala Vaikunthapuramloo’ under the direction of Trivikram Srinivas.
