As the Telangana government has given permission to start the shoot of TV serials and the movies, the makers of Television shows have resumed the shoots. The state government prescribed a set of guidelines to shoot Television serials and movies amid coronavirus outbreak. Now according to the latest update, few artists are reportedly testing positive for Coronavirus. The latest update is that a Telugu serial artist named Prabhakar, who is seen in the Suryakantham serial has tested +ive for Coronavirus.
Prabhakar has exhibited symptoms like high fever. Following this, Prabhakar has undertaken the COVID-19/ Coronavirus test and is currently undergoing treatment.
As soon as the news broke, the unit canceled the shoot and asked every member on the set to go for testing. The sources revealed that the cast and crew of the TV shows that he has shot for so far are currently prepping up for self-quarantine. The TV serial Suryakantham has already started airing new episodes from 22nd June. Now the reports are coming that all shootings of Television serials are likely to come to a grinding halt.
The Serial shootings were resumed recently and even one or two movies shootings commenced a few days back.
