Puri Jagannadh’s son, Akash Puri has shared a note on his Twitter and requested his fans to stay at home and stay safe — the most valuable gift that they can give him on his birthday this year. It is known news that in Telugu film Industry, the fans used to celebrate their favourite stars’ birthday with a lot of fanfare that includes bike rallies, distributing food, cutting cakes, blood donation and mass gatherings.  But  the rise in the number of Covid-19 cases in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, celebrities have started requesting their fans not to celebrate their birthdays  and this time Akash Puri urged his fans to keep the celebrations low key.

 Akash Puri released a statement and said, “Current situation in the whole world is really bad. I am in support for the country and I am following all the rules and principles given by government. That’s my courtesy to fight with the situations by maintaining the social distancing and following the safety measures. This message is for all my fans, every year the love and affection shown by you all on the occasion of my b’day is something I truly cherish. But this year, the most valuable gift that you (fans) can give me is by staying home and staying safe.” Mahbooba actor Akash Puri is now  being trolled on social media sites.

On the work front, Akash Puri will be next seen in upcoming film Romantic  which has Ketika Sharma in the female lead role.
