VV Vinayak is one of the star directors in the  Telugu film industry.   Recently he decided to make his debut  as a hero and the noted producer Dil Raju came forward to fund the film. The titled Seenayya was locked for VV Vinayak’ film but unfortunately, the film got shelved now.

It is known news that Vinayak has reduced several kilos from his body to fit in the role and looked super-fit in the poster.  It was heard that VV Vinayak himself asked the producer Dil Raju to shelve Seenayya after seeing the rushes of the film.

Recently during the media interaction when VV Vinayak was asked about  this shelved project Seenayya to which he replied: the only good thing that the film has achieved is making me lose weight. Though Vinayak is happy as he has lost the weight but he is also unhappy as the movie was shelved.

On the other hand, Vinayak will be directing the Telugu remake of Malayalam super hit film Lucifer, which will be bankrolled by NV Prasad in association with Konidela Productions. Megastar Chiranjeevi will play the lead role in VV Vinayak’ directorial venture- Lucifer remake. The  upcoming film marks Chiranjeevi’ third collaboration with VV Vinayak after Tagore and Khaidi No 150.
