We have learnt from reliable sources that producer Abhishek Nama, who is known for backing content based films, has teamed up with  Nandamuri Kalyan Ram for making a thriller. Kalyan Ram who is known for accepting challenging roles, is all set to act in a spy thriller drama. The reports are coming that the Nandmauri hero will be seen playing the role of a spy in this film, which will be helmed by a debutant named Naveen.

The upcoming film is said to be set in the backdrop of 1950’s post independence. Let’s wait for the official announcement regarding this project of Nandamuri hero.

The sources say that recently  Naveen pitched the story to Abhishek Nama. The latter, being impressed with the script, agreed to bankroll it.

Nandamuri hero Kalyan Ram was last seen in Entha Manchivaadavuraa, which received a lukewarm response at the box office. He was shooting for his upcoming film titled, Ravan, before the lockdown was imposed by the government.  Recently he made an official announcement regarding his next project Bimbisara, which  will be produced by K Hari Krishna under NTR Arts banner and helmed by Mallidi Vashist. The makers have already released two posters where Kalyan Ram was seen  as a ‘barbaric ruler’.
