On the auspicious occasion of Ugadi, the title of Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer upcoming actioner with director Boyapati Sreenu was announced and the makers had also launched the #BB3 title role where Balakrishna was seen in his flamboyant avatar as an Aghori. His roaring screen presence, action sequence in the Lord Shiva temple, background score and powerful dialogues were the major highlights.
The makers of Akhanda are planning to resume the shoot from July month. The sources close to the makers of Akhanda revealed that Boyapati Srinu and his team are in the hunt for location. The team of Akhanda is visiting the historical places like Gandikota, Chittoor, and Tirupati for the locations.
Kanche fame Pragya Jaiswal is playing the female lead and Srikanth Meka will be seen as the antagonist, the shooting of Akhanda is on the verge of completion.
The action drama marks the coming together of Balayya Babu and Boyapati Srinu of Vinaya Vidheya Rama fame after two blockbusters ‘Simha’ and ‘Legend’. Balakrishna starrer is being bankrolled by Miryala Ravinder Reddy, and the music is scored by SS Thaman whereas C Ram Prasad is handling the cinematography department and M Ratnam as the dialogue writer. Very soon the makers of Akhanda will make an official announcement regarding its release date.
