SS Rajamouli‘s ambitious next, RRR starring Mega Power Star Ram Charan and young tiger Jr NTR, is almost complete. Few days ago, the makers of the film took to Twitter to inform us that barring two songs, the film has been completed. The film has music by Keeravani and news now is that one more music composer, Amit Trivedi has crooned for a number for SS Rajamouli’ directorial venture RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya. The song was recorded yesterday in Hyderabad.
Amit Trivedi is well known for his versatility. His work ranges from rock to classical to novel fusion music. After working as a theatre and jingle composer and composing for non-film albums, he debuted as a film composer in Aamir which was released in 2018.
RRR is a fictional story set in the 1920s pre-independent era and it is based on the lives of two real heroes and revolutionaries – Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.
Jr NTR and Ram Charan starrer RRR, which is being made on a massive scale, was originally planned to be released this October. However, given the current pandemic situation, the movie was postponed again. Now the makers have confirmed that RRR will be released on 13th October 2021.
