Nandamuri Balakkrishna is currently working for upcoming action drama Akhanda which is progressing at the brisk pace and it is on the verge of the completion. The movie is being directed by Boyapati Srinu and it has Kanche fame Pragya Jaiswal as the leading lady. Now according to the latest report, Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu are planning to release Akhanda on the occasion of Dussehra.
The talk is that Paisa Vassol fame star plans to release his film either one week before or after SS Rajamouli’ RRR’s release. When number of top actors are planning to release their movies on the occasion of Sankranthi 2022, Balakrishna plans to come on Dussehra. In this manner, Balakrishna’ film Akhanda will compete with Rajamouli’ magnum opus RRR.
Akhanda is bankrolled by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under the banner of Dwaraka Creations whereas it has the music by Thaman. C Ram Prasad is taking care of cinematography. Srikanth is playing the main villain. ‘Akhanda’ is touted to be a mythological period drama in which Balayya Babu will essay the role of an aghori.
The Akhanda’ title roar video released by the makers in April was well received by fans and trended on YouTube for several days.
