The Telugu remake of the Malayalam film Ayyappanum Koshiyum, starring Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati, is scheduled to arrive in theatres in the month of January 2022 during Sankranti. The makers revealed this through a behind the scenes video that shows the two lead actors on sets.
Directed by Saagar K Chandra and backed by Sithara Entertainments, the film has Gabbar Singh and Baahubali fame actors reprising the parts of Biju Menon and Prithviraj Sukumaran from the original. The PSPKRana movie is tentatively called Bheela Nayak. Now according to the latest report, the dubbing rights of the film #PSPKRana have been sold for a whopping Rs 23 crores.
Few days ago, the makers of PSPKRana made official announcement regarding the inclusion of Nithya Menen who is paired opposite Pawan Kalyan in this big budget movie. Aishwarya Rajesh is also the part of this remake and she is playing Rana Daggubati’ wife. Samuthirakani, who played the antagonist in Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde starrer action and romantic movie Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, will play a pivotal role in the flick.
Trivikram Srinivas penned the dialogues and screenplay whereas S Thaman is rendering the tune. #PSPKRana will clash with Mahesh Babu starrer Sarkaru Vaari Paata and Prabhas starrer Radhe Shyam as it is set to release on Sankranthi in 2022.
