Redmi General Manager, Lu Weibing, reportedly said that the global sales of the Redmi Note series have crossed 240 million units. Earlier in February, Xiaomi announced that the global sales of the Redmi Note series exceeded 200 million. Also, the company is planning to open over 10,000 Xiaomi stores in total by the end of this month.
