Akhanda starring Nandamuri Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal is gearing up for the grand release on 2nd December. Srikanth will be seen in a spine-chilling avatar as the antagonist of Akhanda, returning to his roots after a brief break from playing grey characters. Ahead of Akhanda’s theatrical release , the makers released the song Jai Balayya, which is a full dose mass number which will make fans go crazy the theatres.
Balakrishna’s energy in the song is impeccable, while Pragya Jaiswal looks glam doll. The song is crooned by Geetha Madhuri, Sahiti Chaganti, Satya Yamini and Aditi Bhavaraju whereas Ananta Sriram penned the lyrics. Yesterday on the occasion of pre release event of Akhanda, SS Rajamouli released the song Jai Balayya, which is unstoppable. Now according to the latest update, Jai Balayya song is trending on Youtube with 3 Million + views. Today morning the makers confirmed the same by sharing a new poster on Twitter.
Akhanda is helmed by Boyapati Srinu and is produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy, whereas the music is composed by Thaman.
Akhanda is Srikanth’ second film with Balakrishna after Sri Rama Rajyam. According to Srikanth, Balayya encouraged him to play to his character’s strengths. Lion star also advised him to be choosy in selecting future roles after Akhanda’s release.
