Arrest warrant issued against Sapna Chaudhary : Sapna Chaudhary is a popular dancer and ex Bigg Boss Hindi contestant. Now according to the latest report, a court in Lucknow has issued an arrest warrant against Sapna Chaudhary for cancelling a program and not returning the money to the ticket holders.
On Wednesday, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Shantanu Tyagi issued the warrant against Sapna Chaudhary, asking the police to execute it by 22nd November, which is the next date of hearing of the court case.
The ACJM, Additional, Chief Judicial Magistrate Lucknow has ordered the issuance of an arrest warrant against ex Bigg Boss contestant Sapna Chaudhary. A FIR in this case was earlier lodged by SI Feroz Khan at Thana Asiana on 14th October 2018 for her alleged failure to return for the dance show at Smriti Upvan in Lucknow.
Sapna Chaudhary was accompanied by the names of Naveen Sharma, Amit Pandey, Junaid Ahmed, Pahal Sansthan Kiwad Ali, and Ratnakar Upadhyay. The sources say that on 13th October 2018, Sapna Chaudhary and others had a programme at Smriti Upavan for which online and offline tickets were sold at Rs 300 per person.
The court is slated to frame charges in the case against the dancer Sapna Chaudhary for which the presence of the accused is necessary.
