It is known that Tamil star Dhanush has signed a bilingual drama which will be made in Telugu and Tamil. Its Telugu version is titled Sir. Today the makers of Sir released a new poster that featured Dhanush. The poster featured the side-angle of the star, who is staring at a mob in the backdrop. The poster only revealed that the shoot of the film Sir has started from today.
However, if you look closer, you come to know that the actor’ trousers and short sleeves folded at the biceps tell a different story. Recently Natural star Nani was also seen sporting the similar costume in his movie Shyam Singha Roy.
The upcoming film Sir starring Dhanush is directed by Venky Atluri, and is bankrolled by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas’ Sai Soujanya. The movie has Samyuktha Menen as the leading lady. AP[art from them, the drama also has Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani and Narra Srinivas in the crucial roles. Its Tamil version is titled Vaathi.
Dhansuh was last seen in romantic Hindi movie Atrangi Re in which he shared the screen space with Sara Ali Khan. The movie also had Akshay Kumar in the lead role. While the movie received mixed reviews, Dhanush’s performance received a thumbs up from critics and the audience.
