Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu‘s elder brother Ramesh Babu passed away on 8th January 2022. Ramesh Babu was 56 and he was suffering from age-related ailments. The Ghattamaneni family released a statement asking fans to follow COVID protocol. Today morning, the family members of the actor and producer were seen arriving for the last rites of Ramesh Babu. Ramesh Babu’ father Superstar Krishna was seen stepping out of the car, whereas his mother Indira Devi was escorted out of the car on a wheelchair. The actor Sudheer Babu was also seen at the family’s home.
The reports of Ramesh Babu’ demise were confirmed by veteran film producer BA Raju in a tweet. “It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Ramesh Babu garu. He will continue to live on in our hearts forever. We request all our well-wishers to adhere to the COVID norms and avoid gathering at the cremation venue. – Ghattamaneni Family.” Mahesh Babu’s team also confirmed the demise of the actor’s brother in a statement.
Various celebrities from the film industry Varun Tej, Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Nithiin, Ramesh Varma, Anil Ravipudi Gopichandh and also fans paid heartfelt tributes to Mahesh Babu’s brother.
Meanwhile, recently Mahesh Babu tested positive for COVID-19. He has been in quarantine as soon as he tested +ive for the coronavirus.
