It is known that Alia Bhatt is making her debut in Tollywood with RRR helmed by Rajamouli co-starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan. Alia Bhatt with the team of RRR participated in the promotional activities of RRR and she also attended a number of interviews though her role in RRR is just 15-20 minutes. Her women centric movie Gangubai Kathiawadi was released on 25th February and did fantastic collections at the box office. Rajamouli, Jr NTR and Ram Charan who are best known for sharing the reviews on recently released movies, did not make a single tweet about Alia Bhatt and Gangubai Kathiawadi this time.
On the otherside Gangubai Kathiawadi is making all the noise at the box office. It is going to become the fourth film to enter the Rs 100 crore club, after Sooryavanshi, 83 and Pushpa. The movie of Alia Bhatt, helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali has received raving reviews and fans are loving Alia Bhatt’ acting skills.
Gangubai Kathiawadi also has Ajay Devgn, Shantanu Maheshwari, Parth Samthaan, and Seema Pahwa in pivotal roles. Sanjay Leela Bhansali’ magnum opus is a biographical crime drama based on Hussain Zaidi’s book, Mafia Queens of Mumbai.
It is known that few days, ago, South beauty Samantha Ruth Prabhu had showered praises on Alia Bhatt’ performance and Gangubai Kathiawadi.
