Mahesh Babu is currently working for his next upcoming landmark 25th film, Maharshi, which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Vamsi Paidipally of Oopiri fame. Currently the shoot is going on in USA. It is heard that Mahesh Babu will be seen playing a college student and a business man in this upcoming film. Now according to the latest buzz in the film Industry, Maharshi’s story has been leaked online.
Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi’s story is based on organic farming and micro-agriculture. According to the leaked story, Mahesh Babu flies to the US after completing his studies in India. He becomes a rich industrialist in the US. Later along with his friends Allari Naresh and Pooja Hegde, comes back to India, visits a village and invents an innovative ways of farming.
It seems Maharshi will carry social messages and is based on the line of Srimanthudu.
Pooja Hegde, who was last seen in Young Tiger Jr NTR starrer recently released movie Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, is on the board to play the female lead. This is the first time, Pooja Hegde and Mahesh Babu are sharing the screen space together.
Maharshi is jointly produced by Dil Raju, Ashwini Dutt and PVP under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies and PVP Cinema. The music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, the cinematography is by KU Mohanan and the editor is KL Praveen.
The expectations are riding high on this film given that Mahesh Babu’s last release the political drama Bharat Ane Nenu was a super hit! This film is also a special as this marks an important milestone in the superstar’s career. Maharshi is Mahesh Babu’s 25th film.
Mahesh Babu is playing Rishi in Maharshi and Allari Naresh is playing a key role. This is the first film in which Mahesh Babu is working with Vamshi Paidipally.
