Dil Raju busts Mahesh Babu Maharshi arrival rumor

Noted producer Dil Raju has busted the rumors that the release of director Vamsi Paidipally‘s Maharshi starring Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde has been postponed from April to May. Dil Raju took to the Twitter handle of Sri Venkateswara Creations‏ and confirmed the news that the entire shoot of Maharshi will be completed by 15th March except for 2 songs and the movie will be released on 25th April. He tweeted, “An update about #Maharshi… Shooting part will be completed by March 15th except for 2 songs. Post Production is going on simultaneously in full swing. All set for April 25th Release. @urstrulyMahesh @directorvamshi @hegdepooja @allarinaresh @ThisIsDSP @kumohanan1 #SSMB25.”

Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde starrer Maharshi was initially slated to hit the theaters on 5th April but it was postponed to 25th April due to delay in production.  Earlier there were rumors that Mahesh Babu is not happy with parts of the shoot and Vamsi Paidipally asked them for 30 days more to wrap the shoot.  But Dil Raju’s tweet has finally confirmed that there is nothing such.

 Apart from Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde, Maharshi has other stars like Meenakshi Dixit, Jagapathi Babu, Sai Kumar, Prakash Raj, Sonal Chauhan, Allari Naresh,  Jaysudha, Posani Krishna Murali and others in supporting roles.

Maharshi Makers have kept its story and most of its details under wraps, in a bid to maintain the curiosity of the viewers but  the sources close to the film unit leaked the story of Maharshi recently and according to that Allari Naresh will be playing a key role in the film. He will be seen playing Mahesh Babu’s childhood friend who has been murdered by thugs. Allari Naresh’s death will impact Mahesh Babu’s life. However, Mahesh and Pooja Hegde’s roles in Maharshi are yet to be known.
